SOME BASIC STEPS BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Make Sure you have drivers installed in your pc for your Android.
Make sure you have flashed a custom recovery in your android phone, Like - Cwm, twrp etc. you can google it how to install cwm in "your device name here"
You need Fastboot Drivers you can find link from below.

Steps for Unlocking Pattern Lock or Password on Android Devices Without Losing Data

• At the first Install Usb Drivers for your smartphones, you can find it on google easily 
• Now flash custom recovery like Twrp, cwm, Ctr etc. 
• Now reboot your phone into recovery 
• Then open fastboot drivers, Download from here 
• after reboot phone into recovery open "Mounts and Storage" 
• Now click on "mount /data/" 
• Now open fastboot drivers which you downloaded from above 
• Open fastboot folder Press and hold right shift button, right click on any where in blank space of folder and select "Open Command Promt Here" 
• Now After that enter this command for make sure your device is attached properly to pc 

Adb devices
It will show you list of attached devices, if it's not showing your device then install drivers properly for your device
Now At last enter following code in fastboot shell


adb shell

rm /data/system/gesture.key




And now reboot your phone
Now you will not see any pattern lock you will see swipe lock screen
